I’ve been following Stanford’s Class2Go effort. It’s an appealing notion to pull this and that from here and there. Somehow it makes elearning more like the web in general. Even though portability has existed for a long time though SCORM and other standards, the porting has to be done by a geek, admins have to be involved. When a platform is truly loosely joined, profs and makers really get to control their own assets.
List.ly is too easy to be real. It’s great that the photo for each list item is selected for you—and funny how Kevin is the automatic selection for “Bacon.”
